The Forte family have been dedicated to hospitality for four generations. Charlie’s is named after the founding Forte, Lord Charles, who loved traditional charm as well as modern touches in his hotels.
Charlie’s features menus developed by Michelin-starred chef, and Chef Director of Brown’s, Adam Byatt, and interiors by award-winning designer Olga Polizzi, combined with the renowned hospitality and charm of Brown’s.
The menus at Charlie’s celebrate British culinary heritage with creative, contemporary flair, while embracing a bygone era of service.
Overseen by Adam Byatt, and led by acclaimed chef Matthew Starling, produce and its provenance and seasonality are of utmost importance, and each dish comprises authentic ingredients personally sourced by the team from the highest quality suppliers across the world.
